The lenses are designed for daily wear and should be removed and cleaned each night. 6. Can I return or exchange contact lenses?
Due to hygienic reasons, contact lenses are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used contact lenses. If you have received the incorrect prescription, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Provide us with the LOT number of the defective lenses, a picture that proves your symptoms, and a photo with the defective lens cut in half. We will assist you in returning the defective items and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

We recommend rinsing your contacts with solution, using eye drops before wearing contacts, and ensuring your contact solution is not contaminated. If you experience severe problems or persistent irritation, please contact us for further assistance.
9. Can I use my insurance to purchase contact lenses?
We do not directly accept insurance for contact lens purchases. However, you may be able to submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about their reimbursement policies for contact lenses.
