Order Processing Time:

Hey, we know the excitement of receiving new lenses, Heylens team strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our average order processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping time varies according to your location. For local (Singapore) orders, items will reach you within a week. In any case, we'll have your lenses on their way to you in no time!

We just wanted to give you a heads up that once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. So, before you hit that checkout button, make sure you've double-checked all the details. If you're thinking about swapping out an item or two, we've got a whole page dedicated to Returns & Exchanges. Should you need to make a change to your order such as billing or shipping address, we're here to help! Shipping Fees:

We have some free shipping promotions going on for orders, keep a look out for them! Here's the deal with shipping fees:

  • Singapore : $3 (complimentary shipping fees for orders above $50)
  • Malaysia : Complimentary shipping fees with no minimum spend
  • Rest of the world : $10  (complimentary shipping fees for orders above $100)

Shipping Time:

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Local Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures that your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. 
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Whether you're in New York or New Delhi, we'll make sure your lenses reach you no matter where you are. Please note that international shipping may take a bit longer, so hey, be patient!

*International customers are responsible for any custom duties. For more details on custom duties, please check with your local custom office.

Tracking Your Order:

We want you to stay in the loop every step of the way. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email. Hey, you can use this tracking number to keep an eye on your package and know exactly when it will arrive.
